From 11 September 2026 the Cyber Resilience Act requires manufacturers of products with digital elements to report actively exploited vulnerabilities within 24 hours, and that duty reaches products already on the market.

- The directive revision, including the 2015/863 phthalate amendment.
- Every exemption claimed, by its number.
- A named signatory.
