What to check for Semiconductors
LoRa devices end up in connected products, which brings the Cyber Resilience Act into the same conversation as RoHS. Reporting obligations under Article 14 apply from 11 September 2026 and cover products already on the market, so a part number in your file may now carry a security reporting duty as well as a substance declaration.
