What to check in this category
TI issues material content data per orderable part number, and the package suffix changes the answer. The same device in a QFN and in a TSSOP relies on different die attach and lead frame plating, so a declaration pulled for the wrong suffix does not cover your bill of materials. Where lead appears it is normally under RoHS exemption 7a for high melting point solders, which carries a review date you should record alongside the document.

- The issue date of the document.
- The regulation revision referenced.
- Any exemptions claimed, by number.
- SVHC content stated against the 0.1% by weight threshold.
- A named signatory.
